Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases of Cloudless plans, including recurring subscriptions, trials that convert to paid subscriptions, and one-time purchase plans offered by ROHIT KUMAR, a sole proprietor registered under the trade name Software Development Consultant.
1. General Policy
Cloudless is software and digital service access. Because customers may receive immediate access to paid software features after purchase, refunds are handled according to this policy unless a different offer explicitly states otherwise or applicable law requires a different result.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. Where applicable consumer law gives you rights that are stronger than this policy, those rights apply.
2. Free Plans and Trials
If a free plan or trial is available, customers are encouraged to evaluate the service before purchasing.
If a trial converts into a paid subscription, you must cancel before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged.
3. Recurring Subscription Plans
For monthly or annual subscriptions:
- you may cancel at any time before the next renewal date
- cancellation stops future renewal charges
- cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period
- access generally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated
4. Refund Eligibility for Recurring Plans
Unless required by law, Cloudless generally does not provide automatic refunds for:
- partial subscription periods
- unused time
- failure to cancel before renewal
- plan downgrades after a billing cycle has started
Cloudless may, in its sole discretion, issue a refund or credit in cases such as:
- duplicate charges
- clear billing errors
- fraudulent charges confirmed by review
- service activation failures caused by Cloudless
5. One-Time and Lifetime Purchases
Unless required by law, one-time or lifetime purchases are generally non-refundable once the purchase is completed and access has been provisioned.
Cloudless may review refund requests for one-time purchases in exceptional circumstances, including duplicate payment or a verified technical provisioning failure.
5a. EU, EEA, and UK Consumers: Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services without giving a reason.
Because Cloudless is a digital service that begins immediately upon purchase, by completing checkout and starting to use the paid service you:
- expressly request that Cloudless begin performance of the service immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and
- acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
If you do not wish to waive the withdrawal right, do not start using the
paid service and contact support@trycloudless.io within 14 days of purchase to
request withdrawal. Where the right of withdrawal still applies, we will
refund the amount paid for the affected service in accordance with
applicable law.
6. Failed, Reversed, or Disputed Payments
If a payment is reversed, charged back, or disputed, Cloudless may:
- suspend access to paid features
- cancel the relevant plan
- request additional information to investigate
We reserve the right to contest chargebacks where appropriate.
7. How to Cancel
You may cancel by:
- using the billing or account management flow, where available
- contacting
support@trycloudless.io
Cancellation requests should include enough information for us to identify the account, such as your account email and order or invoice identifier.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact support@trycloudless.io and include:
- account email
- order, invoice, or subscription reference
- reason for the request
- any relevant screenshots or billing details
Cloudless will review the request and respond within a reasonable period.
9. Taxes
Taxes collected on a transaction may be refunded only where required by law or where the underlying transaction is refunded.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website with a revised "Last updated" date.
